This Terms of Service agreement ("Agreement") constitutes a legally binding contract between you ("User," "you") and Aleriya Tea Traders, a company incorporated under the laws of India, with its registered office at Bhawanipur Colony, Annapurna Road, Indore, Madhya Pradesh - 452009 (hereinafter referred to as "Aleriya Tea & Co.," "the Company," "we," "us"). This Agreement governs your use of the website www.aleriyatea.in (the "Website") and all services offered therein.

By accessing, browsing, or transacting on this Website, you signify your unconditional acceptance of, and agreement to be bound by, these terms.

1.1. The User represents and warrants that they are at least eighteen (18) years of age and legally competent to enter into this Agreement as per the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

5.2. We strive for accuracy in pricing but reserve the right to correct any errors. In such an event, we may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Based on medical conditions, some products may not be suitable for certain users. The User represents that they will research the suitability of the product for their personal use. Aleriya Tea & Co. shall not be held responsible for any health-related issues that may occur due to the consumption of any product listed on the Website.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user's access to the Website without prior notice if we believe that the User has violated any of the terms and conditions, policies, or guidelines.

11.1. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.

11.2. Jurisdiction: Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

12.1. Modification: The Company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. All modifications will be posted on the Website and will become effective immediately.

12.2. Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be struck, and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent.

12.3. Force Majeure: The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, riot, or natural disaster.

12.4. Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions constitute the full and entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior agreements.
